Hope you'll post a picture of the zoo ghan, would enjoy seeing it. It is actually crocheted and done in squares. Not really mindless but oh so cute. I will be back to my blog this week. I'm enjoying hearing about everyone else's childhood memories of building forts. Right you are crochet is faster than knitting. I tend to knit more now, because it bothers my arthritis a bit less; but do still enjoy crocheting. I too am surprised Upstairs Downstairs didn't do better. I really enjoyed it.Sandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13141251905909903805noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21367476.post-77853581349364156922018-05-12T16:09:51.143-04:002018-05-12T16:09:51.143-04:00LOVE the umbrella fort. Reading in the car spells nausea to me. I've never made a knitted blanket, all the blankets I've made so far have been crocheted, I think they make up much quicker, though I would like to have a go at a knitted one at some point in the future. You're bringing all these old series to mind, I loved Upstairs Downstairs, it's another one I was sad to see end. It had actually been a very successful series in the early 70s, one of the creators was Jean Marsh who played Rose and she was also in the newer version. I think with the success of Downton Abbey they thought it would do well but I don't think it was received as well as they thought it would be.Johttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17436932004631816039noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21367476.post-4446034235390873732018-05-12T10:32:46.235-04:002018-05-12T10:32:46.235-04:00Right you are, my brothers and I did snow forts wi...Right you are, my brothers and I did snow forts with neighbor kids too...back in the day. Not as warm and cozy as this umbrella fort but certainly a lot of fun :)Marthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09262406079948479112noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21367476.post-80692847741664111942018-05-12T09:58:36.283-04:002018-05-12T09:58:36.283-04:00I love that they play in our yard, brings back nic...I love that they play in our yard, brings back nice memories. Our yard is without doggy doo also, which I'm sure plays into them liking our yard, lol. Thanks for the thoughts on the ghan Marsha, will let you know how it goes. I am not sure that is enough yardage but then that depends on how large you want it. For a throw it might be plenty.

I hope the boot and your foot are able to part ways soon.Leftycrafterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07607852055622555069noreply@blogger.com
