Sandie, star...Glad it's helping you too Karen. Sandie, start slow and over time add on more distance. Take a couple of small walks vs one large one. The whole reason to walk is the arthritis, everyone I've talked to, medical and otherwise indicates it helps. Initially you have to work through the pain...but do things like don't walk fast, don't take big steps, don't walk on un-even ground or up and down hills. I did try to get the Moves app but my phone is not compatible. (It's old) If I can figure out a way to do it, I'll give it a go.
